The Saint Paul Youth Services has appointed The Director of Operations as EEO Coordinator to manage the Equal Employment Opportunity Program. Their responsibilities will include monitoring all Equal Employment Opportunity activities and reporting the effectiveness of this Affirmative Action Program, as required by Federal, State and Local agencies. He/she will be given the necessary top management support and staffing to fulfill her job duties. The Executive Director of the Saint Paul Youth Services, Inc. will receive and review quarterly and annual reports on the progress of the program.
